 Memorial Annual Scholarship

The Benjahmin K. Lee "Flexin for Beans" Memorial Scholarship
was founded in 2021 to honor the life of the 12-year old
Benjahmin K. Lee who passed away in January of 2021. He was a
bright light with a big future, who loved basketball, spoke
fluent French, and aspired to become an NBA basketball player.

Beginning in 2021, the "Flexin for Beans" scholarship is open to
full-time undergraduate students that play on Claflin University's
men's or women's basketball team, who demonstrate
