Claflin University is pleased to announce that it will host its Fourth Annual Evening of Elegance Scholarship Dinner on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the Tullis Arena of the Jonas T. Kennedy Health and Physical Education Center. This special event will benefit a special need-based scholarship fund for Claflin students. The scholarship fund is designed to assist students who have an unmet financial need beyond the financial aid resources allotted them through financial aid packages and family resources. Claflin recognizes the benefits that come from earning a college degree are immeasurable. Unfortunately, in today’s society, the reality of attaining a college education is a large expense - one that is not easily met without assistance.

We invite your company to participate in the Evening of Elegance Scholarship Dinner by serving as a sponsor. We offer several sponsorship opportunities for you to partner with us. A detailed listing of sponsorship levels and benefits along with a sponsorship commitment form is attached. Please complete the sponsorship form and return it to Mrs. Tamika Bowman-Williams, Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services. The sponsorship commitment form and your company’s logo should be received at Claflin by March 31, 2016 to allow time for inclusion of your company’s name and logo on promotional materials.
